I ran across Daniel Dae Kim of ABC's "LOST". I was so stoked that actually spoke to him 3 octaves higher than my usual voice. Really nice dude, there at our local mall shopping with wife and kids (I was so stupefied that I forgot I had a phonecam to take a pic of us), surprisingly he was my height, if not a tad shorter. Surprised that he wasn't at the Golden Globes that night, but enjoying life here in Hawaii.

WELL, HERE WE ARE IN THE NEW YEAR, and all that, and I'm raising a brow as to what this year has to offer me, or rather what I will make of the new year. Gosh, it can really be a painful thing, trying to proactively create a stepping stone in my life to produce at least one remarkable feat in order for people to judge me as an aspiring human being. Life is okay, but do we really need to constantly strive? I think I do this more to save face rather than to develop myself. Gee whiz, where's my passion for life??? About a decade ago I used to be amused and entertained, and most of all CURIOUS! Oh well, no more, just this jaded old fart ready to bark at the "something not so new and different" and exclaim "WHATEVER!" Bored indeed, the whole world is on Red Bull, and still nothing enthusiastic. Wondering if one will actually manufacture Advil for boredom?
